Beaches Sabre Club now accepts credit cards

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Register as soon as you can. Reservations are assigned on a "first come" basis and class size is limited. We won't take more than 8 people in any given class.
  • Registration continues until the date listed on the beginner schedule. SORRY, there is no late registration for any of the Beginner classes.
  • We will try to accommodate all interested people but we reserve the right to combine or cancel classes to ensure a minimum class size of 4 participants.
  • If your class is cancelled during the first two weeks, your fee will be refunded (less an administration fee)
  • Email registration is our preferred method of registration because it allows you to pay online.
      1. You send us an e-mail with the required information (see below).
      2. We acknowledge your registration and send you an invoice.
    Advanced registrations must be received at least one week before the start of classes so that we can organize the classes, send out invoices and receive payments.
    Therefore, your email request must be made before the dates listed for each session (check the schedule).

E-MAIL REGISTRATION PROCESS
It is as easy as 1-2-3. Just follow these steps:
1. Send us an email at: beaches_sabre@bellnet.ca
2. Indicate which class you want to attend. Specify which day and which time .
3. Provide the following information so that we can confirm your registration and invoice you:

Your Full Name
Your E-mail address
Home Address including Postal Code
Home Telephone including Area Code
Work Telephone including Area Code

CONFIRMATION of your class will be made by the Tuesday following the close of Advance Registration.

If your class has been confirmed, we will e-mail your invoice. Please pay it promptly or bring your payment to your first class.

If the class has been cancelled, you may register for any of the other classes. We will work with you to try to find another class for you to attend. You may also chose to be held on our WAIT LIST.

Late Registration continues until the start of the first class but you are running the risk that the class you want is full. ==> Register as soon as you can.

YOUR FIRST CLASS
So your registration is confirmed and you have made your payment; now all you have to do is come to your first class. You should come 10 to 15 minutes early. This is a "MEMBERS ONLY" club so you will have to be let in. The outside front door should be open. If the door is locked, just make some noise and we will be right there. Also, we may be working in back so wander on in and introduce yourself. Ask for Perry or Jim.

MISSING THE FIRST CLASS
If you cannot make the first class, please notify us immediately so that your position isn't offered to someone on the WAIT LIST.
UNABLE TO ATTEND
If circumstances change and you will be unable to attend your classes, please let us know as soon as possible so that your position can be offered to someone on the WAIT LIST. If you like, you can register for a class in the next session.

WAIT LIST
Any registrations over the maximum limit will automatically be placed on a WAIT LIST. If your class was cancelled, you may also have chosen to be placed on the WAIT LIST.

Wait Listed reservations will be notified by return email of their status.

If any confirmed reservations do not show up to their first class, Wait Listed reservations will be notified in order of receipt of reservation request. They will have 24 hours to respond. If no response is received, the next reservation will be notified - and so on until all vacancies are filled.

If it turns out that you will miss a class, we will try to provide you with an alternate date to make up that class.

TELEPHONE REGISTRATION PROCESS
You can give us a call at (416) 440-5162 during business hours and we will be happy to take the necessary information to get you registered. Having your preferred day and time already picked out will make the process a lot easier. We can also recommend times based on current registrations.

Our business hours are:

Monday to Friday (6:30 AM to 11:00 PM)
Saturday (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM).

If you get the answering machine, we are probably just teaching a class. So, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please have the following information available:

If you haven't already paid, remember to bring your payment to your first class.
